Clothing and footwear

  • Trainers and trail shoes. Choose shoes appropriate for outdoor workouts and a pair suitable for hiking. They should have plenty of grip and ankle support.
  • Something comfy for relaxing around the villa and pool. Flip flops, sandals, slippers.
  • Two pairs of socks per day.
  • Exercise pants, shorts, light joggers, leggings.
  • Pack plenty of T-shirts, vests, and sports bras.
  • A cap or hat for shade.
  • Weather-dependent waterproof jacket.
  • Warm sweatshirts, fleece, hoodie, warm base layer i.e. long sleeve training top.
  • Comfy lounge wear for evenings and chilling out after exercise.
  • Swimming costume/trunks for the pool and sea.
  • Rucksack suitable to carry on a hike.

Personals

  • Sun cream, sunblock’s and lotions.
  • Sunglasses and caps.
  • Allergy tablets, personal prescribed medication.
  • Knee and wrist support if needed.

Non essentials

  • Books, laptops, iPads, headphones. You’ll have plenty of downtime to read a good book or listen to your favourite podcast.
  • We provide yoga mats, but if you prefer to use your own, feel free to do so.
  • We provide three meals a day, but if there is anything you like to snack on feel free to bring it.
